The OnMarketBoston site is a collection of enterprise-level client and server applications working together under the Java JBoss/Tomcat production environment. The server application is called SuiteSpot and is responsible for handling all transactions and requests via a detailed business layer and a robust DB2 database engine.
The client applications including OnMarketBoston.com and SuiteSpotBoston.com, are built using a combination of AJAX, Java Stripes framework and standard CSS/HTML and interface with the data engine via Java Bean technology.
